Educators - IMAX® Theater Group Policy

Reservations:
Group tickets must be booked through our Group Sales office at (904) 940-4044 or (904) 940-4010 in advance to receive the group rate. The minimum number for a group is 10.

Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due three weeks before your scheduled visit. Payment can be in the form of company/organization check, credit card, or cash may be paid at the box office.

Cancellations:
We will gladly reschedule your visit for the original amount of tickets reserved up to two weeks prior to your original date and transfer your deposit to the new date. If your date changes less than two weeks prior to your scheduled visit, you will forfeit your deposit and the full amount will be due on arrival. All reservations made and then cancelled without rescheduling, will forfeit their deposits. Groups for general run films (45 minute documentaries) will be responsible for a minimum of 85 percent of their total reserved seats, if a pre-cut check is less than the required number of seats the company/organization will be billed for the remaining amount.

Special Engagements:
Rescheduling your reserved date must be made three weeks before your scheduled visit. Changes to group numbers must be made two weeks prior to the scheduled visit time. Groups will be responsible for a minimum of 90% of their total reserved seats the day of arrival. Organizations with pre-cut checks for less than the required number will be billed for remaining amount.

Late Arrivals:
If your group will be arriving late, please contact the Group Sales Office at (904) 940-4044 or (904) 940-4010. We ask that you allow 30 minutes for your group to be checked in and seated in the IMAX® Theater. If your group arrives late and misses their scheduled show time, we will seat the group in the next show based upon availability (unless next show is a special engagement film, the additional money will be required before entering). Groups are responsible for their entire balance regardless of seating availability.

Chaperones:
A chaperone or teacher MUST accompany students of all ages at ALL times. We require a one-to-ten ratio for children to teachers/chaperones.

Behavior:
Teachers and chaperones are responsible for the behavior of their students at all times during their visit to the World Golf Hall of Fame, IMAX® Theater, and putting course. All students must stay with their designated chaperones and the World Golf Hall of Fame staff reserves the right to ask any disorderly group or individual to leave the premises. Refunds will not be granted.

Food, Drinks, Candy, Gum:
The only food, snacks, or drinks that children may bring into the theater are those purchased from the concession stand. Upon request, eating facilities can be reserved. Bag lunches may be brought from the school or ordered through Fairways Café. Food from outside vendors is not permitted.

If you have any questions before signing this form, please call (904) 940-4044. If not, please sign and fax this form within three days of receiving the confirmation letter to (904) 940-4393.
